Media Goats INC (d/b/a Omivion.com) ships professional cosmetology and aesthetic supplies to customers in the United States. This policy describes how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on omivion.com.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. No minimum order value is required. The shipping rate shown at checkout will be $0.00 for eligible U.S. addresses.

Processing time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery area

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes where carrier restrictions apply.

Delivery estimates

• After dispatch, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier service.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email tracking information to the address on your order when provided by the carrier.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@omivion.com with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will replace or refund eligible items per our Refund & Returns Policy.
