Shipping Policy

At OMIVEXIS, we aim to ensure your order reaches you quickly, securely, and with the highest level of care. Below you will find all the details about how we ship within the UK and internationally.

UK Shipping

  • We work with DPD as our primary delivery partner, using a dedicated pharmaceutical account to ensure your order is handled with the highest priority and care.
  • In certain circumstances, we may use Royal Mail or other trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

Delivery Times

  • Next Day Delivery: Available for in-stock items ordered before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed after cut-off will be dispatched the next working day.
  • 2–3 Working Days: Items not currently in stock may take 2–3 working days to dispatch once available.
  • Time-Sensitive Orders: If your order is urgent, please speak with our customer success team before placing your order so we can advise on the best delivery option.
  • Order Tracking & Signature: All UK deliveries include full tracking. A signature is required upon receipt due to the nature of our pharmaceutical account and the products we supply.

International Shipping

  • Carriers: International orders are shipped via trusted carriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and EMS depending on destination and product requirements.
  • Delivery Times: International delivery typically takes up to 15 working days, depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier availability.
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the destination country.
  • Customs & Import Duties: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
  • We are not responsible for orders held, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • In-stock items ordered before our cut-off time are dispatched the same working day.
  • Items not in stock are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days once available.
  • All orders are packed securely to protect products during transit.
  • Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate packaging and handling measures to maintain product integrity.

Damaged, Delayed or Missing Orders

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page if your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or items are missing.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of any damage to the outer packaging and products.
  • Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns for International Orders

  • International returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrect items. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a faulty or incorrect item.
  • Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned once dispatched.
